Can I buy from Quality Closeouts?

You must have a resale license/State Tax ID or be a 501 C non-profit organization to purchase from Quality Closeouts. If you do not have a resale certificate, Quality Closeouts is required by law to charge you sales tax on your order. We cannot accept your social security number as a State Tax ID. You will be required to complete a State Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate to avoid paying sales tax. We must have this form on file before we can ship your order.

How do I register?

You may register at any time. Simply click Create Account, and complete the short online form. You must provide all required information, including your resale license/state tax I.D. number. If you do not have a state tax I.D. number, please Contact Us. You will create your own password to use this site as a member in the future when you register. You must also review and accept the Quality Closeouts User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

After completing the registration form, click "submit." You will receive registration verification via email within a few minutes. You may begin viewing prices and ordering products immediately by logging in with your email address and user-generated password.

I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link. You can also click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login. Type in your e-mail address, click the Submit button and your password will be automatically e-mailed to you. If you cannot get the password, please Contact Us. Your password will be sent to you via email as soon as possible during normal business hours (8 AM to 5 PM Central).

What is the minimum order requirement?

The minimum order requirement for all orders is $1,000.00. We do not accept orders for less than $1,000.00.

Where are the prices?

Prices are only available to registered customers. As a guest, you may view merchandise and read product descriptions, but you must register with our site to see prices or place an order. Once you have registered your company on our Site, prices will display in the category pages as well as by clicking on a product to see the full product details.

How do I find products?

There are several ways to find products. Select from the product categories at the left of your screen, or look for a specific item or manufacturer by typing search keywords into the text input field at the top of the screen. We have also created two special categories to help you find what you need.

Our New Products section features items that have been added to the site within the past 14 days.

How do I order?

To place an order, you must be a registered member or an existing customer. After completing the registration process, you may contact your sales person directly, or if you do not have an assigned representative please Contact Us. Because our web site is not tied into live inventory, there is a possibility that the merchandise you order is no longer available. Orders are filled on a first-come first served basis.

To pay by credit card fax a completed Credit Card Remittance Form to 512-266-9925.

How is the product shipped?

We offer two shipping options: We will quote you a specific freight rate for domestic shipments. Shipping costs may vary due to items being shipped. You will be notified for approval if the freight rate is different than quoted when you place the order. We also offer customer routing (you choose the carrier and are responsible for all freight charges). For customer routing, we will contact your traffic department to arrange delivery. All freight is FOB Austin, Texas, unless otherwise specified. International orders: Quality Closeouts does not ship outside of the continental United States, unless specific arrangements are agreed to by us. For international shipments you will need to provide us with your Freight Forwarder information for shipment outside of the United States. You will be responsible for all freight charges from your Freight Forwarder.

It is helpful if you can provide a SKU#, item #, price, or complete description of the item.
